Shipping charges are calculated after repair quote is given.  You can enter your zip code for a list of shipping options and rates.  Please be aware of what the shipping options include.

UPS Ground: 1-way return shipping
UPS 2nd Day Air: 1-way return shipping
UPS Next Day Air: 1-way return shipping
USPS Priority Mail (3-7 days usually): 1-way return shipping.

   All shipping quotes are determined in real-time.

Please follow our shipping instructions when sending us your item.

1)  Pack the item in a secure box.

2)  Include a copy of your emailed receipt.

3)  Only include the items that require servicing.  We do not need all the accessories that came with it, only items that are possible culprits to the problem.

4)  Insure the item when necessary.

5)  Confirm the shipping label is visible and leave the box with your carrier.
