We built our website to be as easy as possible for you, the consumer, so that you can get an accurate repair quote in seconds.  Our checkout system makes it easy for you to get your phone fixed in a timely manner and get you back and running.

 

If a phone service is listed on our website, it is currently available.  Repairs have a turnaround time of 24 hours usually (99% of the time).  There are occasions (1% of the time) where parts are not available or backordered and require additional time to complete the repair.  If for any reason we cannot repair your phone in the 24 hour period, we will contact you within that 24 hours.  We also provide service for a number of other cell phones not currently listed on our site.  You can send us an email at estimates@esalvations.com if that is the case with make, model and description of the problem and we will provide you with a quote by the next business day.  

 

In addition to our website, we do of course provide walk-in service.  This is indeed the quickest way have your phone repaired.  Most repairs are done while you wait.  For information on our location, please see contact us

 

Frequently Asked Questions regarding repairs:

 

Why fix my broken phone?

This is a good question.  Usually, people think about getting a new phone or wonder why they didn’t get the insurance.  More on that below, but our prices for repair are more often cheaper than getting your phone replaced with your insurance with your carrier.

 

How is it more economical to have my phone repaired versus replaced?

Well, the insurance you may have opted for when you signed your contract/bought your phone has a catch.  It has a large deductible.  AT&T has a $50-125 deductible, Sprint is at $100, and Verizon, who uses the same insurance company, will probably be raising theirs to the same amount.  Currently it’s at $50.  That’s on top of the $5 or so you pay each month!

 

How quickly are repairs shipped?

Repairs are sent out the same day they are completed.  Return shipping is chosen by you during the checkout process.  All of our rates are in real-time.

 

Are tracking numbers provided?

We update our status page with all the tracking numbers once UPS or USPS leaves our facility.  When a tracking number is provided, you can follow the link to UPS to follow your repaired phone.

 

How quickly will I receive my items once shipped?

That will depend on the method of return shipping you have chosen.  Depending on your area, UPS Ground typically takes 1-3 business days, and USPS Priority takes 2-5 days.  Please remember, UPS will not ship to PO Boxes.  USPS must be selected for PO Box return shipping.

What if my phone is Beyond Economical Repair?

This generally only occurs with extensive water damaged phones.  We will contact you immediately if this is an issue. In these instances, we may offer you a replacement phone, or refund the repair cost portion of your payment.  Return shipping is not refunded unless you tell us to dispose of your phone.

 

Will repairs void my warranty?

Typically the phones we receive have already had their warranty voided.  Dropping the  phones, water damage, etc, will void your warranty.  But that’s OK, we’re here for that very reason.  If your phone doesn’t have any physical damage, oftentimes we can repair it without needing to void your warranty.  We will do whatever possible to keep your warranty intact if needed.

 

Do you offer a warranty?

All of our repairs come with our 90 day guarantee.  We warranty all of our work for this time period, giving you peace of mind that your phone has been repaired correctly and is fully functional.  If for any reason you need to send your phone back into us, please contact us at returns@esalvations.com before sending your phone.


What if I tried to fix my phone myself, but was unsuccessful?

We understand people will try to fix the phones themselves with parts they find on the Internet and Youtube videos.  That's OK, because we are here to help.  Just send us the phone in assembled form and we will do our best to get you squared away.  However, please note that if there is extensive tamper damage to the phone, additional charges may apply for both parts and labor.  We will contact you with an estimate before proceeding.


Is there tax on repairs?

Tax is only collected in the location states of business.  Currently, our only location is in Georgia, therefore, if you are a Georgia resident, you will be taxed appropriately.


How do I pay for a repair?

Payment is collected at the time of checkout when you order your repair.  This includes all return shipping costs.  These are calculated at the time of checkout and in real-time.  You are responsible for getting the item to us.
